Cancellation Policy

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. In limited cases, an airline may allow a cancellation that provides a credit for future travel by the same passenger on the same airline. These credits typically have expiration dates and may require specific fare types or booking classes. For details, contact our customer service team.

Where cancellation is permitted, you must cancel prior to the first scheduled departure time by contacting our customer service team. All cancellation requests are subject to the airline’s terms and conditions and to the rules of the fare purchased.

When you are ready to use an airline credit for a new booking, you will be responsible for:

  • Any difference between the original fare and the new fare (if higher);

  • Any airline-imposed penalties; and

  • Any applicable Newflightfare post-ticketing fees.

All such changes are controlled solely by the airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures, which are beyond our control.
