Taxes & Fees

All applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and activities included in your booking, unless stated otherwise in your ticket information or Terms & Conditions.

• Additional Charges (Not Included in Total Price):
  • Additional fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservation fees, hotel incidentals, and other applicable service charges may apply.
  • These charges will be made by the relevant Travel Supplier (airline, hotel, etc.) at the time of check-in.
• Customer Responsibility:
  • You are solely responsible for any such additional charges due to the Travel Supplier.
  • New Flight Fare  has no liability or responsibility for these charges.
  • For questions about these charges, you must contact the relevant Travel Supplier directly.

 Payment Requirements

• Payment Method: Payment must be made in full with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
• Accepted Cards: New Flight Fare accepts all major credit or debit cards with a verifiable billing address.
• Authorization: You authorize New Flight Fare and its authorized third party to process the charge for the total amount of your booking.

 Booking Confirmation and Verification

• Reservation Completion: A reservation is not complete until confirmed and ticketed.
• Verification Process: To protect customers, New Flight Fare verifies the following with the card company:
  • The accuracy of the billing address.
  • The accuracy of the credit card verification number.
  • That your debit/charge will be accepted.
• Fare Subject to Change: The fare is subject to change until the required information is verified.
• Liability Disclaimer (Declined Transactions): New Flight Fare is not responsible for:
  • Transactions declined by the issuing card company or Travel Supplier.
  • Inability to verify the billing address and/or verification number in a timely manner.
  • Any changes in fare or other charges that occur during the verification process.
