You acknowledge and agree that Newflightfare is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on the Site, nor for any acts, omissions, or failures by the Travel Suppliers from whom you obtain services through this Site, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, railroads, car rental companies, tour operators, consolidators, vacation package providers, activity providers, traveller assistance services, and insurance providers. In offering travel reservation services, Newflightfare does not endorse, guarantee, or insure (a) any products or services provided by a Travel Supplier or other external provider, or (b) the financial condition of such Travel Supplier or provider, nor does it guarantee reimbursement for any loss resulting from their financial condition or failure.

You further acknowledge and agree that Newflightfare is not liable for any price changes, schedule changes, or changes in equipment or accommodations that occur after booking and payment. Newflightfare is also not liable, directly or indirectly, for any cancellation, overbooking, delay, re-routing, missed connection, lost baggage, rebooking or new booking costs, strike, equipment or mechanical failure, weather event, or governmental action affecting your travel reservation.

Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that Newflightfare is not responsible for how any supplier’s travel products or services are depicted on the Site, including, without limitation, photographs, listed amenities, ratings, or discounts.
