Booking Policies
- Tickets are generally non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the airline.
- The airline will charge your card upon receiving payment authorization.
- E-tickets and airline confirmation are sent in separate emails.
- If payment processing has an issue, you will be instantly notified.
- Payment is processed after verification and authentication by their team.
- If you don't receive an email or call within 24 hours of reservation, call 1-857-314-0137.
- Strongly recommend confirming flight status 24-48 hours before departure.
Change Policies
- Changes, if permitted by the airline's Fare Rules, may incur:
- A change fee imposed by the airline.
- The fare difference, if any.
- A New Flight Fare service fee.
- Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines. New Flight Fare may make a special request, and if the request is denied by the airline, the Agency Service Fee will be refunded.
Cancellation / Refund Policies
- Tickets are usually non-refundable unless airline rules specify otherwise.
- A refundable ticket may still be subject to an airline penalty (as per Fare Rules).
- If you cancel an air ticket directly with the airline, you must call New Flight Fare for an adjustment or refund of their service fee.
- Airline refunds are typically processed within 60 days of refund confirmation and are returned to the original form of payment.
- There will be NO REFUND in case of NO SHOW.
- Contact New Flight Fare at 1-857-314-0137 for refund requests.
Advisory
- Travel Documents: Advised to carry all travel documents, including Passports.
- Review Itinerary: Advised to review tickets and itinerary upon receipt; all times are local times.
- Airport Arrival: Recommended to arrive:
- 3 hours before international flights.
- 2 hours before domestic flights.
- International Confirmation: All international flights must be confirmed 72 hours prior to departure.
- Visas: Advised to check visa requirements for international destinations.
- Liability: New Flight Fare does not assume responsibility for and will not compensate for travel interruptions or changes made by carriers/hotels/etc., due to matters beyond their control (e.g., Acts of God and Nature).
- Travel Insurance: Strongly advises on the importance of travel insurance and reviewing the airline's fare rules. New Flight Fare will not be responsible for any expense incurred as a result of the refusal to purchase travel insurance.
